Terms and Conditions of Agreements ("Terms")

Please read these Terms and Conditions of Agreements ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions of Agreements") carefully before using the https://www.ccbullyfarm.com/ website (the "Service") operated by CCBULLY FARM ("us", "we", or "our").

 

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

 

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you, The Buyer disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

 

Pet Package Agreements

  • The dog shall reside with the Buyer. 

  • The Buyer shall notify the Breeder immediately if the dog cannot be kept by the Buyer.

  • The Buyer shall provide the dog with adequate food, fresh water, shelter, affection, and medical care upon sickness, disease, or injury. 

  • The Buyer agrees that it is the Buyer’s responsibility to accept the dog as described. The Breeder has provided and the Buyer has acknowledged a full disclosure of the history of the Breed’s health, habits, and temperament of the dog.

  • The Buyer shall keep the dog as a household pet.

  • At one year of age, The Buyer must spay or neuter the dog and present us the provided documents from a certified veterinarian verifying the procedure.

  • The Buyer shall have 14 calendar days from the date of the Contract and purchase date to return the dog for refunding options. *SEE RETURN & REFUND POLICY

  • The Buyer agrees to sign the necessary papers to return the Breeder as the sole owner of the dog in the event the dog is returned.

 

Breeder’s Package Agreements 

  • The dog shall reside with the Buyer. 

  • The Buyer shall notify the Breeder immediately if the dog cannot be kept by the Buyer.

  • The Buyer shall provide the dog with adequate food, fresh water, shelter, affection, and medical care upon sickness, disease, or injury.

  • The Buyer agrees that it is the Buyer’s responsibility to accept the dog as described. The Breeder has provided and the Buyer has acknowledged a full disclosure of the history of the Breed’s health, habits, and temperament of the dog.

  • The Buyer has full ownership with breeding rights to the dog. Upon registry, the Breeder has disclosed and the Buyer has acknowledged that the dog's name will include, "CCBULLYFARM".

  • The Buyer shall have 14 calendar days from the date of the Purchase Agreement and Purchase Date to return the dog for refunding options. *SEE RETURN & REFUND POLICY

  • The Buyer understands any and all Dog Registry Applications and Paperwork purchased from CCBULLY FARM are all final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged. *See Dog Registry Application Returns

  • The Buyer agrees to sign the necessary papers to return the dog and relinquish all breeding rights to CCBULLY FARM as the sole owner of the dog in the event the dog is returned.

 

Purchases

 

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your Name, Address, and Phone Number. 

 

Subscriptions

 

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. 


 

Content

 

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the online representation of the content you share. 

 

Links To Other Websites

 

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by CCBULLY FARM.

 

CCBULLY FARM has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that CCBULLY FARM shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

 

Changes

 

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
