Animal Returns

 

You have 14 calendar days to return the dog from the date you received it. Except for paperwork or applications to all dog registries and deposits. *See Dog Registry Application Returns and Deposit Returns

 

To be eligible for a return, the dog must be in the same condition that you received it and must provide a diagnosis from a certified veterinarian stating a valid medical reason for return. CCBULLY FARM reserves the right to request a second opinion from our selection of veterinary specialists to further approve the return. *See Animal Refunds

 

Dog Registry Application Returns 

 

Any paperwork or applications from registries including, but not limited to the United Kennel Club (UKC), American Bully Kennel Club (ABKC), American Kennel Club (AKC), and US Bully Registry (USBR) that are purchased from CCBULLY FARM are all final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Deposit Returns

All deposit sales are nonrefundable.

Animal Refunds

 

Once CCBULLY FARM receives the dog, CCBULLY FARM will inspect it thoroughly and review the provided document(s) from the certified veterinarian(s). CCBULLY FARM will immediately notify the current owner of the status of the refunding options.

 

Option 1: If the return is approved, CCBULLY FARM will initiate a refund to the credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

Option 2: If the return is approved, CCBULLY FARM will replace the dog of equal value to what the customer originally paid for.  

 

Shipping

 

If applicable, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
