Deposit Returns

All deposit sales are final and nonrefundable.

Animal Refund and Return Policy/ Health Guarantee

All animal sales are nonrefundable and final.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your pet, you have 14 calendar days to return the dog from the date you received it to apply for a dog credit, *See Animal Return Options. Paperwork or applications to all dog registries also must be returned at the time of return, *See Dog Registry Application Returns.

To be eligible for a return, the dog must be in the same condition that you received it and must provide a diagnosis from a certified veterinarian stating a valid medical reason for return. CC POMERANIAN FARM reserves the right to request a second opinion from our selection of veterinary specialists to further approve the return. *See Animal Return Options

Dog Registry Application Returns 

Any paperwork or applications from registries including, but not limited to the Continental Kennel Club (CKC), American Kennel Club (AKC), and United Kennel Club (UKC) and that are purchased from CC POMERANIAN FARM are all final sale items and nonrefundable.

Animal Return Options

Once CC POMERANIAN FARM receives the dog, CC POMERANIAN FARM will inspect it thoroughly and review the provided document(s) from the certified veterinarian(s). CC POMERANIAN FARM will immediately notify the current owner of the status of the refunding options.

Option 1: If the return is approved, CC POMERANIAN FARM will replace the dog of equal value to what you originally paid for. This also depends on if other puppies are available at the same time. However, if you decide to select a puppy of greater value than you originally paid for, you are agreeing to paying the difference and full value of the new puppy.

Option 2: If the return is approved and there are no available puppies to replace yours at the moment, CC POMERANIAN FARM will apply a one-time use dog credit to hold a deposit of equal value to what you originally paid. This dog credit never expires, is nonrefundable, nontransferable, and can be redeemed only once.

Shipping

If applicable, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
